    The bag was easy to fill with water and air. I really loved the buoyancy. I am a Taekwondo adult student and I love it. Sometimes you want to target your kick for height and power and it allows you to do so.

    We filled the bottom with water and inflated the middle portion. tool a bit to fill the water. I used an air inflator for the middle.
    it was an instant success with our teenagers. they are now using it in between virtual classes to relieve stress and to be a bit more active.
    we had to put this in the living room as that is the only place we have that allows it to have full motion.
    It is stable as we punch it, it comes right back up.
    we were able to move it from room to room, but we were very careful since we have water in the base.
    Material feel thick and durable.

    I would recommend this punching bag.
